Library materials from the fields of natural sciences, medicine, agriculture and food science supplement two special collections and the free access area.

Models of Human Body Parts Collection consists of models of single organs of the human body. They are made of artificial materials in full-scale or enlarged. There are 31 models in the collection.  All of them are composed of smaller parts so that they can be put together or apart and the structure of each organ is more illustratively presented.

The Biomedi collection is a special collection where the literature, regardless to its form, is collected from specific scientific fields. You can find in one place textbooks, monographs, reference literature, and periodicals, non-book materials (CDs and DVDs) and there are e-periodicals and databases accessible from the computers.

We would like to emphasise the collection of CDs and DVDs, which are supplements of books or can be used independently. Using the hyperlink you can look at these materials in the local OPAC.
